By accessing or using Tourlume (“the Service”) at tourlume.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Tourlume is a travel destination discovery platform that allows users to browse destinations, save favourites, write reviews, and subscribe to travel inspiration content. The Service is provided free of charge.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When you submit reviews or other content to Tourlume:

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant Tourlume a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content on the platform.
• You confirm your content is truthful, original, and does not infringe any third-party rights.
• You must not post content that is defamatory, offensive, misleading, or illegal.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or spam reviews.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure.

The destination information, cost estimates, and travel advice on Tourlume are provided for general informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but:

• Travel conditions, prices, and entry requirements change frequently.
• Always verify information with official sources before travelling.
• We are not a licensed travel agent and do not provide travel booking services.
• Destination ratings shown on the platform are editorial ratings based on our research and assessment. As our community grows, ratings will incorporate user reviews.

All content on Tourlume that is not user-generated — including the Tourlume name, logo, design, and written descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Tourlume. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Destination photographs are either original content or sourced under appropriate licences that permit their use on this platform.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tourlume shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to travel decisions made based on information found on the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
